About Us

The doors opened in March 2000. We opened as a clothing and piercing shop (Trendez) and started with one piercing room. About a month after opening we realized that we needed more help, the body piercing took off! We employed our first person to help with the piercing load. We survived the 2008 and recession and slowly grew out of the clothing and in 2013 changed the business name to Keen on Piercing, which we remained until 2023. Now known as THE PIERCING SHOP and still lucky have the same owner for over 23 years, The Piercing Shop has grown from strength to strength. With decades of hands on experience we can proudly say that there's not much we haven't seen or pierced.  Our aim is to give you quality advice, piercings and jewellery at an affordable price.
